Radiology

Almost everyone has had an X-ray at some point. The normal X-ray is also an indispensable part of modern medical diagnostics. It is used to visualise and examine the entire skeleton as well as the chest and abdomen. We work with the latest digital detectors instead of X-ray films. With the help of this technology, we minimise the necessary radiation dose and thus the exposure for you. At the same time, the image quality is improved.

Medical specialist views X-ray images on the computer screen.

Images of bones and joints show fractures, detect signs of wear and tear or reveal inflammation and tumours of the bone. Images of the chest area provide information about diseases of the heart or lungs. X-rays of the abdomen allow our specialists to assess intestinal activity.

In addition to producing an X-ray image, the X-ray procedure is also used for fluoroscopy of the body. Our radiologists will be happy to show you how the function of joints or the act of swallowing can be observed.
